Step 5: Clean the Area
Rinse the treated area thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any remaining cream or wax residue. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel. Avoid using soap or hot water as this can irritate the skin. Clean any remaining wax residue with a post-waxing wipe or baby oil if necessary.
Step 6: Soothe Your Skin
Apply a gentle, soothing moisturizer or aloe vera gel to the treated area to keep your skin hydrated and calm any potential irritation. This helps to keep the skin moisturized and smooth.
Step 7: Aftercare
Avoid direct sun exposure, hot baths, tight clothing, and heavy sweating for 24 hours after hair removal to prevent skin irritation. Refrain from applying perfumes or deodorants to the treated area immediately after use.
