Scoop Out the Mask: If the face mask comes in a powder form, you will need to mix it with water or a liquid of your choice (like rose water or aloe vera juice). Use a non-metallic bowl and spoon to avoid any reactions with the clay.
Mix the Mask: Mix about 1–2 teaspoons of the clay with an equal amount of liquid to form a smooth, thick paste. Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid if necessary.
Apply Evenly: Using your fingers or a brush, apply an even layer of the clay mask over your face, avoiding the delicate skin around your eyes and lips. Ensure you cover all areas where you want to target impurities, oil, or dullness.
Focus on Problem Areas: You can apply a slightly thicker layer on areas where your skin is oilier or has more blackheads, such as the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin).
Wait for 10–15 Minutes: Allow the mask to dry for about 10–15 minutes. You don’t need to let it dry completely; it’s fine if the mask is still slightly damp when you rinse it off. Leaving it on too long can dry out your skin, especially if it is sensitive.
Rinse with Warm Water: Use lukewarm water to gently rinse off the mask. Use a soft washcloth or your hands in circular motions to help remove the mask and exfoliate the skin lightly.
Pat Dry: Gently pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing, as this can irritate the skin.
