Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

No, items in an order pertaining to each seller will be delivered separately.

Can I edit my order after confirmation?

Unfortunately, we cannot add any product to the existing order. However, you can remove any product before the order has been packed and shipped. You will get an option to cancel an item under 'My Orders' section in your Hey6E account.

Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?

Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale.

Can I ship the products to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can ship individual quantities to multiple addresses. We are amongst the few platforms that have the capability to do this.

Do I have to have an account to place an order at Hey6E?

No, you do not need an account to order on Hey6E. You can checkout as a guest using an OTP that will be sent to your phone number.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID. In addition, you will receive an email and a text message confirming your order details. You will also be notified when the item(s) are dispatched with the respective tracking details.

Can I leave items in my shopping cart for future purchase?

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping cart, however, the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real-time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.

If your order indicates it's being shipped in multiple shipments, this simply means that different products within your order are shipping from various seller locations or in separate packages. Rest assured, all items in your order will be safely and promptly delivered to you.

Orders received before noon are typically shipped on the same day, while those received after this time are shipped the following day. Once your order is shipped, express shipping usually takes 1-2 days, while standard shipping typically takes 3-4 days for delivery.
