    Open the pack very carefully without mishandling the salt. Take approx one fourth of the salt (1/4) in an empty cup. Gradually add the salt in a standard size bathing tub. Ensure water is enough warm for salt to start dissolving. Once entire salt dissolves allow water to absorb minerals. Stirring well helps the salt and minerals to dissolve faster. Any grain left can be disposed off or stirred well again. Soak body for atleast 10 minutes for skin cells to activate. Allow body to deeply detoxify for next few minutes.
