Directions to use the shampoo: 1. After washing your hair thoroughly take 2 to 3 drops of the shampoo, equal to size of a coin, on your palm. 2. Then apply the shampoo gently massaging it all over your hair from the roots to the tips. 3. Leave the shampoo on your hair for a couple of minutes and then rinse it off completely. Start by washing your hair with a suitable shampoo to cleanse your scalp and hair of dirt, oil, and product buildup. Rinse thoroughly to ensure all shampoo is removed before applying the conditioner. Gently squeeze excess water from your hair after rinsing out the shampoo. Your hair should be damp but not soaking wet. Too much water can dilute the conditioner and reduce its effectiveness. Depending on your hair length and thickness, squeeze a quarter-sized amount of conditioner into your palm. You may need more for longer or thicker hair. Distribute the conditioner evenly through your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths to the ends. These areas are typically the driest and most damaged, so they need the most moisture. Avoid applying conditioner directly to the scalp unless you have very dry scalp skin; it can weigh down your hair and make it look greasy. Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to gently distribute the conditioner throughout your hair. This helps to detangle your hair and ensures that every strand is coated evenly. Allow the conditioner to sit in your hair for 2-5 minutes. This gives it time to penetrate the hair shaft, providing deep hydration and nourishment. For thicker or very dry hair, you may want to leave it on for a bit longer. Rinse your hair thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water. Cool water helps close the hair cuticles, locking in moisture and adding shine to your hair. Make sure all the conditioner is rinsed out to avoid leaving any residue that could weigh down your hair.
