Options include micellar water, cleansing oils, or bi-phase removers. Saturate a cotton pad with the makeup remover. Make sure the pad is damp but not dripping. Gently press the pad onto closed eyelids, lashes, or areas with makeup. Hold it there for a few seconds to allow the remover to dissolve the makeup. Without rubbing, swipe the cotton pad downward and away from your eyes or face. Repeat until all makeup is removed. Use a separate pad for the rest of your face. Wipe gently in circular motions to lift off foundation, blush, and other face makeup. If needed, rinse your face with lukewarm water to remove any residue. Pat dry with a clean towel. Follow up with your regular skincare routine, such as cleansing and moisturizing.
